  • What if I can't join a LIVE broadcast? Will I be able to watch the replay?

    All LIVE broadcasts within the membership are recorded. Recordings will be downloaded to Masterclass Replays or Group Coaching Replays areas within 24 hours of the live broadcast.

  • What if I can't join a LIVE Group Coaching Call? Is there a way to submit my question(s)?

    The 2nd Thursday and 4th Tuesday of each month, you are welcome to join LIVE group coaching calls. Live Q&A is encouraged. If you are unable to attend live, you may submit a question via the main membership drop-down menu “Submit a Group Coaching Call Question”. Group Coaching Calls are recorded and available for replay within 24 hours of live broadcast.

  • Where can I find a list of upcoming LIVE events?

    Visit the main navigation bar of the member area. Click to view the drop-down menu. Select “Upcoming LIVE Events”. Events are listed in order by date. There are two main Zoom links: one for Masterclasses and one for Group Coaching. Expect a weekly reminder to all LIVE events.

  • What if I have an idea for a future masterclass? What is the best way to share?

  • How does membership payment & cancellation work?

    The day you join the membership is the day your credit card will be charged. Monthly or yearly, a reoccurring charge will be made from the date you signed up.

    If you decide to cancel your membership; there are no refunds for payments made, but you will have access to the membership until the next scheduled payment. You will receive a notification of cancellation with confirmation your credit card will no longer be charged.
